Unfortunately, I cannot provide services free of charge to every deserving organization but I will try as capacity allows.

Code Project is the primary software development community I participate. If you are a programmer please post your question at Code Project in the appropriate forum rather than emailing me. While I love to help, I prefer to answer a question once where it can benefit others with the same issues rather than privately in email where the benefit is limited.
